The RRBS Legal Litigation and Arbitration department guarantees a global approach in the management of the litigation process.
Our commitment is the direct and customized attention to our clients, which is aimed at avoiding the conflict in the pre-contentious phase and, in the event of not being possible, at the provission of all our available resources for the adequate management and resolution of the dispute.
Our Litigation and Arbitration team is led by lawyers of the highest civil litigation, contentious-administrative and criminal level background and experience, recognized as such by the main legal directories, and supported by an expert and multidisciplinary team in a wide variety of fields. We are perfectly aware of the relevance of each case for our clients and that is the main reason why we guarantee a direct and absolute attention to each of them.

2018-2019 – Legal advice and defence of one of Spain’s major banks on foreclosures and abusive clauses.

2022 – Advice and legal defence on behalf of one of the leading construction companies in Spain for damages arising from the execution of a construction contract.
