  • Full advice in employment matters and in the field of social security on the compliance with the applicable regulations in relation to hiring, special labor relations and senior management, as well as in all matters relating to working conditions, substantial modification of conditions, functional mobility, workday and professional classification, termination and suspension of employment contracts and disciplinary regime.
  • Legal representation, at all judicial and administrative levels, both in individual and collective proceedings.
  • In the field of labour relations, the Department is involved in the negotiation of sectoral or company collective bargaining agreements, establishing the best working conditions that are in line with the business of the company or sector of activity, modifying the conditions of the parties involved in the operation of the activity through collective or company agreements, seeking maximum legal security.
  • The Employment Department, in order to make the company viable, works with the parties involved in its management to plan the application of collective measures, workforce restructuring and decentralisation of production activity, in coordination with those involved in obtaining a satisfactory agreement, administration, legal representatives of the workers and the company.
  • Specific management of labour audits with the aim of having knowledge of compliance with labour regulations in the processes of sale of shareholdings, changes of shareholding or sale of companies, advising in detail on the risks in the face of inspections.
