Fermín Magán joined RRBS Legal in October 2022 as Counsel and head of the Employment Department.

His professional experience began as head of Labour Relations and Human Resources in the Human Resources departments of several private companies with national presence (GRUPO EULEN, UNIDE S COOP, OCASO). This knowledge has allowed him to participate alongside the management teams in decision-making in this area.

His experience of more than 25 years includes the participation in insolvency proceedings, especially in liability claims before the Public Administration (Social Security), as well as in the field of sanctions before the Labor Courts as a result of non-compliance with the regulations on the prevention of occupational hazards and social security.

Fermin also participates in administrative and judicial proceedings in the social order, both individual and collective, and in social security matters.
