Álvaro joined RRBS Legal in December 2021 to complete the intership for the LLM in Legal Practice. Currently he is part of the Litigation and Arbitration team and the Corporate & Commercial Law team.

In 2021, he finished his Dual Bachelor in Law and Political Science at the Carlos III University of Madrid. During his studies he spent a year in Åbo Akademi University, in Finland.

In 2022 he finished the LLM in Legal Practice, also in Carlos III University of Madrid.

In the field of litigation, Álvaro has worked with several multidisciplinary teams, mainly in civil matters regarding breach of contracts, abusive clauses and other issues related with contractual and commercial law.

In the corporate area he has advised multinational companies in issues related to share capital increase in listed companies, financial instruments and operation of corporate bodies.
